Every month, at the Medical Center Management Group (MCMG) meeting, a leader is asked to deliver the closing reflections, meant to inspire and provoke thought. Last week, I had the opportunity to deliver this address, where I recounted a story that I believe speaks to us all as caregivers — the story of the Choluteca Bridge, a suspension bridge located in the city of Choluteca, Honduras.
