The theme of "Hope at Work" truly came to life at last week's End-of-Year Celebration!
The shared moments, laughter, and the spirit of hope at work made the celebration truly memorable. I am always grateful when we can come together to celebrate your contributions to superior patient care and the amazing accomplishments we have achieved throughout the year.
The sheer size of the event is captured by the more than 12,000 meals that were served to our valued team members at various locations across the week. I’d like to thank our Food and Nutrition and Rewards and Recognition teams as well as everyone who played a part in organizing the festivities. Despite the busyness of caring for patients this season, there was an atmosphere of joy as we joined together in celebration.
As we approach the year's end, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your and your team's accomplishments in 2023. Your efforts have made a profound impact on the lives of our patients, and I am proud of all that we've achieved together to inspire hope at work. I invite you to explore the latest feature in our Hope at Work series on Connect and encourage you to share a story idea for possible inclusion in the series — you never know who it might inspire.
