I recently attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for our brand-new LASIK Surgery Clinic at Northridge Medical Park. We captured some fantastic moments from the event, and I wanted to share the photos with you!
Our new clinic is located at Suite 130 inside Northridge Medical Park (2955 Ivy Road, Charlottesville). It's just off U.S. 250 and minutes from U.S. 29, making it easy to reach for many in our community. The clinic will offer top-notch laser vision-correction procedures, including LASIK and photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) surgeries. These same-day procedures use lasers to gently reshape the cornea, treating nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism — which can greatly improve our patient’s quality of life.
I know not everyone will have the chance to visit the clinic and I hope these photos and updates like these give you a sense of all the fantastic work being done to expand access to care for our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make the LASIK Surgery Clinic a reality. This is another milestone in our efforts to provide the right care, at the right place, at the right time for all patients, as part of our larger strategic plan.
