No...that's not a typo!
Recently, at the first Service Awards Dinner since the onset of the pandemic, we celebrated many special individuals who have chosen to invest their careers here at UVA Health. This year alone, more than 500 team members are celebrating 10-, 15-, 20-, and 25-year service milestones across the UVA Medical Center, the School of Medicine, and the School of Nursing. We even have someone celebrating their 55th year of service! Collectively, this exceptional group of team members has more than 7,000 years of service to UVA Health. That's nothing short of incredible and takes each person — and their unique roles — to keep UVA Health running and serving our patients.
