We kicked off 2025 in style by trying something new! Instead of our usual December celebration, we waited until January to make the New Year Celebration the official start to an exciting year ahead. Across UVA Health, our 18,000 team members came together to enjoy food, friendship, and fun activities—like setting our resolutions for 2025.
I wanted to share a roundup of some of my favorite photos from our six medical center events with you this week. These gatherings were a wonderful reminder of the teamwork, creativity, and dedication that make UVA Health so special. A huge thank-you goes out to our Rewards and Recognition, Facilities, Food and Nutrition teams, and everyone else who worked behind the scenes to bring this idea to life.
We hope this new twist on a classic tradition was a small way of showing how much we appreciate all you do. Your hard work inspires us every day, and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together in 2025!
