I wanted to take a moment to look back on ASPIRE Day—an event dedicated to celebrating you, the incredible UVA Health team that puts patients first every day.
Our ASPIRE values were formed through the input, ideas, and feedback of our team members. Last week, UVA Health leaders connected with team members across the health system, sharing Valentine’s treats and continuing the conversation about how these values guide our work each day.
Together, we ASPIRE to create a culture of excellence, engagement, and trust by acting out our values of Accountability, Stewardship, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, and Equity each day. Thank you for your dedication to UVA Health and for a meaningful day of discussion.
